Service is down more than up and running. I pay for a service that is a waste of money. An associate contacted me about their recent "maintenance outage" and was informed I could get the latest and greatest internet from them that is almost 2x's what I pay now. NO Thanks!

Service is worse since their maintenance they performed (coincidence? I think NOT!) I used to be able to at least watch Youtube videos without too much trouble.. can't even do that now. I've had dial up outperform this garbage!~ New company in town, and when they get my area covered, I will be switching!

Living where I do, we don't have many internet provider options, and I think these companies take advantage of their customers because of this. A previous consumer mentioned a class action suit.. might just be an option!

I've posted the picture of speedtest from last night.. pathetic!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Okay customer service.

I didn't like: Speed, Internet service, Poor or no service.
