This is the most dishonest company ever! 4 months with maybe 2weeks of service.

Kept being told we will make it right when we get you up and running again. They allowed me 1 Month credit than started billing again with no service.Called refused to credit any more back. Cancelled this company.

Save your money people! Service be is unreliable as well do not show up and if they do say they have to come back then they do not!

One can file an objection to the SpeedConnect to Sprint assignment of licenses here:https://www.fcc.gov/wireless/support/universal-licensing-system-uls-resources/filing-pleading-universal-licensing-system

Speedconnect is a horrible business. First they promised up to 15 mpps speeds but that was a bait and switch.

alarizonians only every got around five sometimes 8. Speedconnect technicians informed is we would never reach the 15 level. Arizona didn’t have the right hardware. I got some calls from a manager.

So sorry he said. Then they took that advertising down. Then he removed himself from Facebook messenger. Then they changed the Facebook page to three different facebook pages.

Then they posted payments for service to be mailed to their bank. What! Are they in bankruptcy? Now tech services is only mon-fri 8-5.

Seriously? What is going on with this company! I do not agree to terms of service I can’t even find on this page.

Must check box to post. However I do not agree

FCC website shows SpeedConnect is transferring its fixed wireless frequencies to Sprint (at least in SD) so 2800 customers need to find another IPS. Customers calling in about problems are told to try their (only) service--Satellite with Exede (ViaSat), so maybe you want to start now finding a replacement, as Satellite is expensive and limiting on what you can do.

Are they still in business? Phone replies very strange, Facebook page taken down and regular website only shows Satellite Internet.

Website says to send payment to Chicago?

Are they in bankruptcy? Which states do they serve?
