I was with them for 2 years. they told me I would get 12mbps speed the most I ever got was 3 and that was rare avg was about 1.8mbps when the service wasn't down and it was down more then up.
I finally made a complaint with the FCC after I did that Speedconnect shut me off and said I owed them 3 months bills. I called and asked how that was possible since I was on auto pay and I had all my records from bill paying showing I never missed a payment in all the time I was with them. After they shut me off they kept billing me but I shut the auto pay off.
Noe they say I owe them over 300$ and sent me to collections. They just lie lie lie
