Speed *** t drops service average every 10-14 days. I have had SpeedConnect for a few months and am sick of it.

Going bye bye as soon as possible As an example , just in February SO FAR: Last week down for maintainece ( canned mesage said 1 hr) that lasted all afternoon. Again yesterday down for maintainace..told we would be down from 6 a.m. till 11:30 a.m. then till 12:30, then till 1p.m.

then 3:30 p.m. then 6:30 p.m. I went to bed at 9 p.m. without internet.

Called for credit on my bill and told SpeedConnect wont credit unless we are down 24 hrs. (Not what sales told me). My friend added a home phone to her internet services so now her phone goes down constantly along with SpeedConnect internet.

This company touts fast reliable service..BUT they are neither. Not reliable and very poor support.
