After two months of awful internet, with speeds dipping down as low as 74Kbps and mostly in the 1 to 2 Mbps, far from the 10Mbps I pay for, I finally changed companies. I called to cancel service today (April 11th) and was told it can't be cancelled until May 1st and that I have to pay for the rest of the month, because they don't prorate anything.

Even though the tower has had "issues" (as they keep saying) and no estimate as to when it will be fixed, seriously low to no speeds and the internet is not usable half the time and the past 11 days we've barely been able to use it??

Sorry, but they should be paying me for the *** they have called service the last two months. I am furious that a company can continue to *** over even after you try to get rid of them....
