Their service is bad plus they haress you calling very very late at nite if bill is not paid on time am turning them in

Wow! Absolutely awful. Antiquated modem and router while all (decent) other companies have the all-in-one tower. Terrible customer service and tech support. I can see the tower from my house - unobstructed - but the signal is pathetically weak. Can't even power Netflix on a PC or Xbox. Will only work on tiny devices like phones, and even then you don't won't more than one going at a time! In short: absolutely awful. Like going back to the days... Read more

I've had over 12 calls in over the past few months to get shoddy service fixed, and they can never take care of the problem. I've requested refunds for months where they have left me out of service for days on end to no avail. The representative and technicians are awful! They really don't provide service at all. This is the worst internet service available. They have live chat option on their website for support. It's actually an email. They don't even know the difference between the two or what live chat means? I've sent 5 or 6 emails and never a reply or concern from speed connect. I live in Hartford, SD. I've called tech support and it's always we have a tech in the area and there is some type of outage. How many times in a day should you have... Read more

Speed Connect--really stinks. I live in a remote part of Sedona and the service is very intermittent. What is really strange is that Commspeed, the predecessor company's service seemed much better. The culmination of frustration is when the service was down for all of election night! Arguably the most important election in the history of the US!!! We live in a rural area and have problems finding a good internet service. We got switched over to Speedconnect several years ago. All the comments I've read on here are all true. The signal drops almost every day so you have to reset the modem every time you want to use the internet. Finally we've found someone to switch to and call to cancel my service, it's Nov. 11 thinking they would prorate the month we have already paid for. Of course... Read more

Worst internet provider in Arizona. Slow if it works at all; so slow media streaming impossible. interruptions in service for days at a time. Customer service is appalling. All kinds of promises and none delivered. Discontinuing and getting something else.

I used to sell for Speed connect and then I also had their service for 5 years when I signed up for my next two to three years it was supposed to be under no contract and as of 11 7 I just received a collection notice in the mail for $217.12 no phone call no correspondence prior to being sent to collections great customer service speed connect! I received a letter from a collection agency claiming that I owed SpeedConnect approximately $250.00. I have never heard of this company and had know knowledge of their claim. I contacted the collection agency and demanded that provide evidence of the debt. They had no such evidence. I contacted my attorney who advised me how to handle the situation. lost service last week and was out for 4 days. Had to *** work for a tech to come to house. The day he was supposed to come out he called and instead of coming to the house did the repair via phone. Last night I lost service again. The Tech was able to get me up and running on my computer but not on my Ipad. Called again and again and again and they keep saying it is my router or my Ipad. Huh???
