Absolutely the worst internet / phone system I have ever had in my life. This system works less than adequate less than barely. Always troubleshooting always calling tech support neighbor is a speedconnect technician so I go to him. I have had it. My phone works whenever it wants to which is unacceptable. I just moved to Prescott a few days ago and I read about SpeedConnect online. I called to verify I could get service and they seemed very friendly and decent. I wanted to go for the 70 dollar unlimited 15Mbps plan. Seems fairly reasonable, since CableOne has data caps that you can blow through in a day. Anyway, I just had service "installed" today. The service has never worked as fast as they claim. You refuse to pay for service you aren't receiving and a $15.00 late fee is attached! This is poor quality and had the technician come out supposedly fixed the error and same thing! Can we get some good service around here? No you have switch...sad!

I am sick and tired of slow internet. Not to mention outages on an almost bi-weekly basis. Was a customer of Commspeed before they were bought out by Speedconnect. I thought they were bad, but they don't hold a candle to Speedconnect. Since I am under no service contract. Plus my account is current. It's time to look for another provider. Our area was told their service was coming and we had to get on their list since the number of customers would be limited. Months and months later still no contact. The first two times I contacted the Frankenmuth office I kept getting transferred to people who had no idea of a time line but a promise of service would be soon and great. Worst internet company I've ever had to call them every week to have them try and do something to fix the *** connection I'm at the point now that I'm going to leave this service. Oh yeah also my internet never changed after calling them it just went back to being bad after awhile

I experienced many days @ hours with no service at all. One of the worse providers. Never got any credit for the loss even that person contacted promised some reimbursement. I am really state sales person and this kind of service cause disturbance in service, loss of listings @ sales. Seriously thinking about changing provider. We've had speed connect for about 2 years now, and we absolutely HATE it. I could hardly even get this page to load to leave this comment. If we weren't in a small town, and had other options, we would have switched providers a LONG time ago.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. My internet over the past couple 6-8 months has been horrible at best. Download speeds from .9- 1.9. I spend over 30 minutes a night on hold trying just to get my internet back up. The tec told me the problem is due to over crowding on the tower now n that just doesn't seem fair to me to pay n not have service.
