SpeedConnect - Poor service and no show
The service is bad. They dont show up for appointments. They lie and say they contacted about rescheduling. The manager Chris does nothing but pacify people. I have missed several days of work waiting for no show technicians.

Screw this provider. Cant connect for more than a minute before it cuts out for hours at a time. Im sumping this piece of *** service and aint payong them ***. *** you!!!
SpeedConnect - Installer never showed up
I had a appointment set up for installer to set our internet up yesterday between noon and three.Installer never showed up and never called.I called 7 times and customer service said they can’t find the installer.We never got a call back and never got installed when we canceled our plans to sit around the house for them!Horrible company!
